In 2019, I led a live event video production for PROMAN, a global leader in natural gas products. The event was a conference on sustainable development goals that was tailored for industry leaders and stakeholders.
PRE PRODUCTION
For PROMAN, the pre-production phase began with a customized project brief, outlining project goals and target audience.
This was followed by a brainstorming session to generate ideas for the video, including camera techniques, lighting considerations, animated infographics, and live-event footage. Once these ideas were crystallized, a moodboard was crafted to visualize the desired aesthetic. It featured visuals, typefaces, and colors aligned with the natural gas industry's themes and branding guidelines.
After creating a detailed video storyboard to map out crucial scenes and transitions, I developed some styleframes. These visual representations ensure alignment with the client on the video's look before production.
PRODUCTION
For the production phase, I started with numerous preparations including organizing cables, centering cameras into set positions, and adjusting lighting on subjects. The production consisted of the entire conference: capturing guest speakers, CEO presentations, and engaged event attendees.
POST PRODUCTION
The final step in the production process consisted of delivering videos and imagery. As the Producer, I brought the production to its final stage - editing the video and images to form a seamless and cohesive visual recap.
Meeting to discuss your design vision sounds fantastic. I'm genuinely keen on learning more about your project and discovering ways in which I can be of service.
